Job Description:
As a Physical Therapist, you will assess, plan, and implement physical therapy programs for patients with various physical conditions, illnesses, and injuries.
Requirements:Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.Current Washington state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Passion for helping patients improve their quality of life.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and evidence-based practices.Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other interventions.Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercises, and preventative measures.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques.Benefits:
