JOB SUMMARY
The Habit Burger Grill is looking for a Truck Coordinator with strong multitasking and organizational skills to continue brand growth via catering events. The Truck Coordinator will respond and manage all incoming inquires for Habit Truck Events, coordinate details of events including proposals, BEO's, oversee and process event payments, including running payment report daily.
The ideal candidate for this position has excellent communication skills, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, excellent organizational and follow up skills. Detail oriented with the ability to clearly communicate via email and phone with a friendly-positive attitude.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSRespond and manage all incoming inquiries for Habit Truck Events, follow up with existing events and potential bookingsCoordinate details of events including proposals, BEOs, menus, budgets, timelines, parking, and on-site contractsCommunicate with Truck General Managers and staff on special set-up needs and requestsAssist Truck Managers with forming sales and marketing programs designed to promote revenueWork with insurance carriers to create Certificates of Insurance for each event, and assist in updating health permits, registration, and business licensesCreate customized menu displays for all events and flyers for school and special eventsOversee process event payments, run payment reports daily, and work closely with the department on reconciliation.SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
1-2 years of related experience in operations and/or communicationsStrong project management experience with ability to manage multiple projects at onceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeCOMPENSATION
Hourly Range: $22.30 to $25.00 hourly + bonus eligibility.
This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
