We’re seeking motivated, energetic, and ambitious individuals to join our Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant Training Program. No previous experience? No problem. Whether you’re looking for a career change, newly licensed or eager to become licensed, or simply passionate about sales, this is your chance to gain hands-on experience in the mortgage industry!
What You’ll Learn:
How to assist loan officers in originating and processing mortgage loans.
Key skills in managing loan officer pipelines, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
Chase down lead
Get initial information about income, assets and credit with prospective clients
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business for our loan officers. Some warm and some cold. Learn what to say!
Schedule appointments for loan officers to meet with prospective clients.
Collect and review loan application documents from clients. Learn the lingo, documents and requirements.
Aid clients in completing their loan application.
Review loan disclosures with clients.
Ensure all loan application documents are complete and accurate.
Provide regular updates to clients and partners on the status of loan applications.
Act as a partner to our clients throughout the loan process.
Maintain a positive relationship with referral partners and clients.
Qualifications:
Either an active NMLS MLO license OR MUST be able to pass the NMLS Exam on the first try to be considered and obtain a NMLS MLO License
Interest in sales and a competitive drive
4 years of professional work experience OR Bachelor’s Degree + 1 year of professional work experience
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Basic computer skills.
Exhibit strong work ethic
Organized with an attention to detail
Demonstrate superior communication skills (both written and verbal)
