Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness, safety and hospitality for all patients and employees. Provide inspiring, action-oriented leadership that fosters consistency, results and personalized service across our hospital.This is a full-time position from 3 PM - 11 PM, weekends and holidays rotation, at the Allen Hospital.Preferred CriteriaBachelor's Degree.Leadership experience.Minimum two years of previous work-related experience.Required CriteriaAssociates DegreeFamiliarity with computers and MS suite.Familiarity with Joint Commission Standards and Quality Assurance.Join a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
