Engineering Assistants fill a critical role at Facilities Services Division of Design and Construction, within project management teams. This is an entry level position. New engineers will be provided with conscious mentoring and gain a well-rounded background in design, management and communication.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture and successful completion of Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam within six months of employment. (The FE exam requirement does not apply to architects.)
Valid drivers license and clean driving record in compliance with UA Safe Driving Criteria.
Position Details:
This is a full-time, non-exempt staff position complete with both a competitive salary and
full employee benefits package . UA provides a generous compensation package that includes retirement options, annual leave, 12 paid holidays per year, tuition waivers for employees and family members, and affordable medical, dental and vision care coverage. New hires will be placed on the
UA Staff Salary Schedule , Grade 79, based on education and experience.
