Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Business Systems Analyst to fill an open position with one of our banking clients. This exciting opportunity involves mitigating risk and supporting the Product business analyst function within the bank's LOB. The role includes collaborating with business analysts and product managers to document requirements, building weekly process flows, and presenting to developers and subject matter experts.Responsibilities:

Qualifications:5-7 years of relevant experience as Business Systems Analyst.Preferred experience in banking, payment processes, or financial technology.Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.Project management and Scrum master experience.Willingness to learn and adapt to ambiguous environments.Friendly, engaging, and a team player.Situational awareness.Bachelor's degree preferred.Certifications in Scrum or PMP are a plus.
