Join us!The Enterprise Data Strategy, Governance, and Operations (EDSGO) group is responsible for the strategic direction, enterprise oversight, and governance of the Regulatory Reporting – Enterprise Policy. The Policy establishes roles and accountabilities for over 7,000 regulatory reports across the Enterprise. This role reports directly to the Policy Owner and will provide enterprise-wide leadership, governance, and subject matter expertise to drive adherence to the Policy. Role requires strategic level project management expertise and experience with data management to drive sustainable governance and adherence to the Policy.Responsibilities:Evolving and/or sustaining enterprise-wide governance processes to ensure transparency, escalations, and reporting of Policy adherence (policy revisions/updates, reporting, guidance development and updates, etc.)Engaging with Senior Enterprise and LOB stakeholders to drive adherence to the policy and respond to evolving internal and external expectations to meet current and emerging risksEvolve the partnership with centralized quality assurance leadership and team to ensure business requirements and QA execution measure and drive full adherence to the PolicyServe as a thought leader, aligning to our Common Process Framework, and adhere to the EDSGO/Global Strategy & Enterprise Platforms (GSEP) policy governance approach driving effective process, control, and metric designEngaging and providing specific guidance to FLU/CF/LEs in support of ongoing Policy adherence, remediation of identified issues, and driving stakeholder communications and escalationsDeveloping materials for the Enterprise Regulatory Reporting Governance Council, GSEP Risk Committee, and other Enterprise Committees as needed in support of the Policy.Required Qualifications:Ability to communicate across diverse Enterprise audience of stakeholders, inclusive of regulatory agenciesExperience delivering guidance/training and providing day-to-day guidance, influence, and subject matter expertise on Regulatory Reporting Policy/Standards and best practicesDemonstrated experience with communicating (written and verbal) to diverse stakeholder groups to ensure clarity and execution against published outcomesProcess oriented (SPI/POP) and working across enterprise stakeholders to ensure artifacts are of appropriate qualityProven ability to develop written materials (decks, briefing materials) used to organize and clearly communicate and memorialize key messages to stakeholders; metrics/scorecard developmentAdvanced PowerPoint and Excel skillsExperience in reporting and data analyticsDesired Qualifications:Experience participating in / driving Operational Excellence initiativesPrior experience managing/supporting regulatory reporting related requirements (Internal control framework, reporting governance)Experience supporting large, complex metrics reporting requirements and scorecardsFamiliarity with High-Risk report requirements and key data management fundamentals (capture, transport, use)Shift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week:
