As an
Oracle Database Administrator , you must have at least 10+ years of experience. For this role, you must be a skilled and experienced Database Administrator (DBA) to join our dynamic team in an onshore capacity.As a Database Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance, security, and reliability of the database systems. If you possess a strong background in database management, have a keen eye for optimization, and are passionate about maintaining data integrity, we invite you to be a part of our growing organization.Responsibilities:Design, implement, and maintain efficient and secure database systems.Ensure data integrity, availability, and performance through regular monitoring and optimization.Conduct performance analysis and implement optimization strategies to enhance database efficiency.Collaborate with development teams to optimize queries and improve overall application performance.Develop and implement robust backup and recovery strategies to safeguard critical data.Perform regular testing of backup and recovery procedures to ensure data resilience.Implement and enforce database security policies and procedures.Monitor for security vulnerabilities and apply patches or updates as needed.Facilitate seamless data migration between environments and integrate databases with other applications.Work closely with development teams to ensure smooth data flow within the system.Maintain comprehensive documentation of database configurations, processes, and procedures.Keep documentation up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address database-related issues and provide timely support.Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 availability of critical systems.Basic Qualifications:Proven experience (10 years) as a Database Administrator in an onshore capacity.Proficiency in database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL.Required Skills:DBA and SQL Developer; Oracle Database Administration (DBA); Eligibility Determination; Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES); Project Management; Supporting; Problem Solving; ITIL V2 Service Desk; Information Technology (IT).Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent.Experience:
Minimum 10+ years of experience.Relocation:
