Hyundai Capital America is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive culture for our workforce.We Take Care of Our PeopleAlong with competitive pay, as an employee of HCA, you are eligible for the following benefits:Medical, Dental and Vision plans that include no-cost and low-cost plan optionsImmediate 401(k) matching and vestingVehicle purchase and lease discounts plus monthly vehicle allowancesPaid Volunteer Time Off with company donation to a charity of your choiceWhat to ExpectThe Manager, Asset Liability Management Application, as part of a robust treasury risk management framework, performs and supervises monthly Asset Liability Management (ALM) reporting processes, manages corporate ALM technical and data infrastructure, designs and implements data Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes, and procedure automation/improvement, leads financial product configuration and calculation demonstration, supervises procedure documentation and compliance, actively manages relationship with vendors.What You Will DoSupervise monthly ALM data process, collaborate with IT, accounting, finance, risk on data validation, and perform process error diagnostic, ALM results validation in time.Design ETL process for new data source, product configuration in KRM application, initiate data procedure enhancement, perform user acceptance testing and results validation to support corporate asset liability management strategy and financial reporting.Create automated working procedures to aid in stress scenario analysis, valuation simulation, dynamic balance sheet and ad-hoc business requirements.Lead documentation on procedures, configuration assumption, and analytics demonstration for auditing, compliance and model governance.Collaborate with IT for infrastructure maintenance and technical support.Develop and maintain corporate in-house market data interface, support application/data usage control.People management and team alignment.QualificationsWhat You Will Bring5+ years of relevant working experience required with relevant bachelor’s degree.4+ years of relevant working experience required with relevant master’s degree.2 years of supervisory experience.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science required.Master’s degree in Financial Engineering, Finance, or Computer Science preferred.Certified CFA and FRM preferred.Knowledge of SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) / Integration Services (SSIS), fixed income, financial derivative etc. required.Proficient in writing stored procedures and building/maintaining OLAP cubes.Skill in MS Excel required, skill in C, C++, VBA, R, SAS, Python, MS Power Point, and other MS Office product etc. preferred.Experience with ALM systems (KRM, QRM, etc.) preferred.Strong analytical and research skills.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a highly time-sensitive, dynamic, and growing environment.Overtime duty for month-end close might be needed in the first half of the month.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Strong team mentality.Strong organization and multi-tasking skills.Solid work ethic and dedication to excellence.Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels.
