As a Fulfillment Colleague, you will be responsible for driving a great shopping experience for our omni channel customer by supporting the operational activities that drive sales, profit, and excellent customer service.What you will do:
Customer Service: Greet customers, answer their questions, and provide assistance in a friendly and professional manner.Customer Support: Monitor alerts to ensure Ready on Time completion of Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders.Picking and Packing: Locate ordered items in the store and prepare merchandise for shipment.Support Other Teams: Assist other teams as needed in areas such as unloading and processing new merchandise.Team Collaboration: Work with other team members throughout the store to achieve goals.Who you are:
Focused on upholding Macy’s dedication to fulfilling ideals of diversity, inclusion, and respect.Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.Able to communicate effectively with customers and provide clear direction to colleagues.Self-starter; able to adapt quickly to changing customer expectations and needs.Essential Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods (at least two consecutive hours) of standing/walking around the store.Lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 lbs.About Macy's
