As a Fulfillment Colleague, you will be responsible for driving a great shopping experience for our omni channel customer by supporting the operational activities that drive sales, profit, and excellent customer service.What you will do:
Customer Service: Greet customers, answer their questions, and provide assistance in a friendly and professional manner.Customer Support: Monitor alerts to ensure Ready on Time completion of Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders.Picking and Packing: Locate ordered items in the store and prepare merchandise for shipment.Support Other Teams: Assist other teams as needed in areas such as unloading and processing new merchandise.Team Collaboration: Work with other team members throughout the store to achieve goals.Who you are:
Focused on upholding Macy’s dedication to fulfilling ideals of diversity, inclusion, and respect.Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.Able to communicate effectively with customers.Self-starter; able to adapt quickly to changing customer expectations.No Education or Experience Required.Essential Physical Requirements:
