If you are ready to join an international company with talent around the world, and want to make a real impact, we want you on our team.What You'll Do:The Identity and Access Management Engineer role will work as part of the Hybrid Data Centers team, supporting our global Active Directory environments, both on-premises and in the Cloud. The successful candidate will work alongside one other Active Directory Engineer and collaborate on project and operational activities. The role will look for opportunities to further leverage Cloud based technologies and modernize how we operate through automation.What We're Looking For:Serve as subject matter expert for Active Directory, PKI infrastructure and related identity access management systemsWork closely with other IT groups to design, document, and implement secure and efficient enterprise solutions and strategiesResearch new features and functions to enhance the end user experience and accomplish business goalsProvide input and develop scripts to automate operational tasks and focus on continuous process improvementsUnderstand, apply, and enforce organizational risk-based security controls to the infrastructure designCoordinate service/support needs with Vendors, Technical Support Engineers, Application Support Engineers, and the Infrastructure Team effectively communicating issues and resolutionsFollow ITSM (ITIL) methodology to manage changes, incidents, and problemsUse standard enterprise tools to log, track, and close activities (support and projects)Work on special project assignments as neededCoach and share knowledge with peersAdditional duties as assignedSkills That Make a Difference:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT) or related field required.Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator certification (SC-300) preferred.4+ years of relevant experience in Information Technology, preferably with working experience in multinational companies4+ years of Active Directory design, configuration, and technical support, preferably with experience with the Cloud, i.e Microsoft Entra4+ years of Windows server OS design, configuration, and technical supportExperience designing and implementing Active Directory in an enterprise class environment with multiple forests, domains, secure zonesExperience designing and implementing Organizational Units, Delegated Permissions, Sites and Services, Replication TopologyExperience designing and implementing Group Policy Objects, Group Policy PreferencesExperience with Azure Active Directory, Azure Active Directory Conditional Access, Azure Active Directory Single Sign OnExperience designing and implementing Microsoft PKI certificate infrastructureExperience with global application and desktop virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V is a plus!PowerShell ScriptingPerks and Rewards That Inspire:Competitive salary with performance-based bonus plans401K Match plus Age Weighted Defined ContributionCompetitive medical, dental & vision offeringsHealth Savings AccountFlexible work environmentLearn more at benefits.lubrizol.com!Ready for your next career step?
