This position will play a key role in delivering Contracting profitability for the Pacific Southwest region, locations include, Fresno, CA, Rocklin, CA, and Reno, NV. Position will be based out of our Rocklin, CA office. Will require travel to Fresno, CA and Reno, NV.What will you do:Drive controls profitability for the office and achieving specific Annual Operating Plan priorities.Manage performance by monitoring contracting personnel effectiveness and efficiency in relation to customer service and operating plan goals.Support the Area General Manager in delivering business results and sharing department vision.Organize and schedule all assigned personnel; identify and prioritize projects and plan jobs in detail.Directly supervise contracting fulfillment personnel.Conduct employee reviews and ensure performance objectives are met.Partner with and support sales teams in the discovery and development of new opportunities.Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and assigned staff.Maintain and improve current customer relationships while seeking out other project development and sales opportunities.Review and validate contracts and estimates by performing risk analysis and developing risk plans.Confirm Trane’s ability to meet the project performance and financial requirements by obtaining and analyzing customer data, project data, and implementation issues prior to accepting the project.Lead the team as a safety professional to establish and maintain a work culture that makes safety priority #1.What will you bring:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum eight (8) years’ experience in facilities or HVAC systems preferred.Experience leading a team is preferred.Experienced and knowledgeable in contracting processes associated with the installation of building automation systems and turnkey projects preferred.Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations.Compensation:Base Salary Range: $123,600 to $160K. Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages.
