Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a
Systems Engineering Enablers (SEE) Program Manager 3
for the Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS) division Engineering and Manufacturing team. This position will be located in
Roy, UT
and will provide enabling support for all business areas within the SDS portfolio.

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
What You’ll Get To Do:
The statement of work for the role is to oversee the SEE group for the Sentinel program. This group's scope includes:
System Engineering Enablers provides program management support to create artifacts and provide services to enable the definition and execution of Sentinel’s Systems Engineering strategy.
Systems Engineering Management Plan (A007) publication & maintenance.
Publication of directives, policies, procedures, and templates to support the execution and management of Sentinel SE activities.
SE&I council facilitation support/management for the program.
Facilitates System Engineering Metrics production and reporting; includes handbooks, visualization dashboards/reports suitable for the program.
Master Supplier SOW Template (MSSOWT) maintenance & subcontract support.
Cost Account Mgmt Support for Technical Baseline Management team's budget and schedule activities.
Technical Baseline Management team's RIO activities.
Job Qualifications
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years of relevant experience; OR a Master's Degree and 6 years of relevant experience; OR a PhD and 4 years of relevant experience.
Minimum of 3 years in a formal management position.
Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years.
Experience in working with subcontractors and customers at all levels.
Experience in program reporting.
EVM certified with experience on reporting and VARs.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Special program access.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
Supplier statement of Work experience.
Extensive experience with system engineering principles & processes across program life cycles.
Experience with diverse program types.
Demonstrated understanding of program risk, opportunity and issue management process.
Proven ability to effectively work across multiple organizations to form teams, gain internal support, act with speed, and make decisions.
Proven communication and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to create trusted relationships with stakeholders.
Salary Range:
$156,000 - $234,000
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
