Our advisor-led wealth management businesses provide financial planning, investment management, banking and comprehensive advice to a wide range of clients, including ultra-high net worth and high net worth individuals, as well as family offices, foundations and endowments, and corporations and their employees.Marcus by Goldman SachsThe firm’s direct-to-consumer business, Marcus by Goldman Sachs, combines the entrepreneurial spirit of a start-up with more than 150 years of experience.HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIALOwn and develop relationships with stakeholders, collaborating to optimize our Reporting capabilities.Write clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation in JIRA.Gain requirements sign-off from the key stakeholders by making sure all of them are on the same level of understanding against the requirements.Assist in the identification, development, and evolution of KPI’s for dashboard reporting.Work with business functions and cross-divisional stakeholders (e.g., Engineering, operational leaders, Internal Audit, and internal teams) to identify and implement solutions.Work as a liaison between Engineering and Reporting teams escalating issues and communicating resolution timelines.Recommend workarounds, value additions, and remove solution bottlenecks for the stakeholders.Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis of data with the ability to demonstrate significance of results to senior leadership.Provide report building expertise and support in the creation of performance monitoring mechanism.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FORBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceStrong understanding of customer service experience and process improvementsMust be self-directed, detail oriented, driven, and able to work independently in a team-oriented and fast paced environment and have a positive attitude.Project Management skill set to work with Engineering and ProductDemonstrated analytical skills and techniques.Ability to interpret data to develop action plans to improve business processes.Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders.Strong judgment and comfort with ambiguityCompetitive spirit with the ability to lead and motivate.Preferred QualificationsMaster’s degree in finance or a related fieldLeadership experience in a startup environmentABOUT GOLDMAN SACHSAt Goldman Sachs, we commit our people, capital and ideas to help our clients, shareholders and the communities we serve to grow.
