: Remote work with expectation to work onsite at minimum, 1 day/weekThe role you’ll contribute:The Physician Enterprise Instructional Systems Designer Developer will design, develop, and support learning programs and tools that result in standard, efficient, and sustained adoption of technologies for Physician Enterprise and AdventHealth Medical Groups. This includes, but is not limited to, interactive eLearning courses, video production, instructor led training, digital tools, process toolkits, etc. The Developer will support, develop, and create content in a team setting that, when delivered, enhances employee skills, performance, productivity, and quality of work.The Developer will work closely with subject matter experts to ensure training content is developed and constantly refined to improve outcomes.The Developer will work under the supervision of the Training Development Manager to support clinical, financial, IT, access and operational teams and ensure proposed training tools, materials, and delivery mechanisms support best practice workflows.The value that you bring to the team:·
Collaborate with the Physician Enterprise, AIT, AdventHealth stakeholders, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify the learning needs of AdventHealth Medical Group staff.·
Design and develop interactive Level 1-2 learning experiences using multiple course authoring tools or programs to best meet the learning needs.·
Initiate and utilize eLearning evidence-based principles and instructional strategies in the Instructional Design process for a wide variety of informative or procedural-based learning objectives.·
Responsible for uploading and testing in the AdventHealth Saba-based Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure appropriate course functionality and optimal end-user experience.·
Develop multi-faceted supportive training materials to support course content, including instructional videos, job aids, user manuals, etc.·
Maintain frequent communication with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and content stakeholders using standards established within Physician Enterprise, from consultation through project completion, to ensure development of effective training within the project schedule.·
Offers operational support, development, trouble-shooting and testing use-cases and leveraging the platform capabilities to meet customer needs.·
Develop, produce, and edit
videos for training, live events, and marketing purposes through the utilization of Adobe Creative Suite.QualificationsThe expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :·
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Technology, or applicable discipline, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.·
1 year of experience in learning systems software or technology-based learning development.·
Experience with Shared Content Object Refence Model (SCORM) conformant instructional objects.·
1 year of experience using Storyline and Rise (Articulate360 products) content authoring tools.·
Demonstrated experience with Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent course authoring / asset management / development tool(s).Preferred Qualifications :·
Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Technology, or applicable discipline.·
1 year of experience in healthcare education.·
Experience working in healthcare system instructional technology or learning environment.·
LMS experience, preferably in a SABA LMS environment.·
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
