We have an immediate need for a direct hire Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to join a private real estate development company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs and implementing Salesforce solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Location: Irvine, CA. Hybrid working onsite 4 days per week.
This job expects to pay about $58 – 70 per hour plus benefits.
What You Will Do:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, processes, and objectives.
Analyze and map business processes to identify areas for improvement through Salesforce solutions.
Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs, including workflows, dashboards, reports, and data integration.
Manage and support Salesforce implementations, including system upgrades, custom development, and third-party app integrations.
Provide ongoing maintenance and user support, including troubleshooting issues and responding to user inquiries.
Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions for new features and system updates.
Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce by managing roles, profiles, and user access.
What Gets You The Job:
2-5 years of experience in app testing and debugging on Android and iOS devices.
Proven experience working with engineering and product teams to develop comprehensive test plans for mobile applications.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM applications.
Experience using digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics 360 or Firebase Analytics.
Strong understanding of mobile technologies and best practices in mobile app development.
Excellent bug reporting skills, with the ability to provide thorough and appropriately detailed documentation.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with business stakeholders and team members.
Availability to test mobile apps manually on-site daily at apartment communities.
