Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early/Mid Career Cyber System Security Engineer. In this role, you will apply an interdisciplinary and collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, validate, and verify cyber solutions throughout their lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Conduct cyber risk assessments, including threat modeling and vulnerability analysis.Analyze and recommend mitigation solutions to identified risks.Coordinate and address supply chain risk management concerns.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of cybersecurity best practices.Contribute to the development of innovative cyber security processes, methods, techniques, and tools.Qualifications:Experience and/or knowledge of cybersecurity processes and tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline or related field, or relevant experienceCCNADoD 8570 IAT Level II certificate such as CompTIA Security+, CySA, CCNA Security, SSCP or GSECExperience with networking technologies.Experience with virtualized environments.Experience with Windows Server.Experience with network troubleshooting tools.Familiarity with storage solutions and servers.Desired Skills:Experience with networking technologies such as IGMP/multicast, OSPF, EIGRP, SNMP.Experience with virtualized environments using VMware vSphere or Docker.Experience with Windows Server (2016-2022), Red Hat Enterprise Linux operating systems.Experience with network troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark/NPcap, Nmap, Cisco SPAN.Familiarity with Cisco networking equipment, Dell/HP storage solutions and servers.Familiarity with embedded systems such as ASIC or FPGA based computing.Strong technical understanding of architecture, design and security principles.Cisco CCNP certification or equivalent.Security Clearance Statement:

This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.Clearance Level:

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five-day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position:
