Your mission is ours.Position Summary : Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early/Mid Career Cyber System Security Engineer. In this role, you will apply an interdisciplinary and collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, validate, and verify cyber solutions throughout their lifecycle.Key Responsibilities :Conduct cyber risk assessments, including threat modeling and vulnerability analysis.Analyze and recommend mitigation solutions to identified risks.Coordinate and address supply chain risk management concerns.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of cybersecurity best practices.Contribute to the development of innovative cyber security processes, methods, techniques, and tools.Qualifications :Experience and/or knowledge of cybersecurity processes and tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline or related field, or relevant experienceDoD 8570 IAT Level II certificate such as CompTIA Security+, CySA, CCNA Security, SSCP or GSECExperience with networking technologies.Experience with virtualized environments.Experience with Windows Server.Experience with network troubleshooting toolsFamiliarity with storage solutions and serversDesired Skills:Experience with networking technologies such as IGMP/multicast, OSPF, EIGRP, SNMPExperience with virtualized environments using VMware vSphere or DockerExperience with Windows Server (2016-2022), Red Hat Enterprise Linux operating systemsExperience with network troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark/NPcap, Nmap, Cisco SPANFamiliarity with Cisco networking equipment, Dell/HP storage solutions and serversFamiliarity with embedded systems such as ASIC or FPGA based computingStrong technical understanding of architecture, design and security principlesSecurity Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.Clearance Level:
