to join our team in Nashville, TN. This individual will work at one of the nation's leading providers of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare.Summary:Technical, creative, and efficient extraction of related data and analysis techniques to ensure quality for prescribed business uses. Knowledge of different database systems and data relationships are critical in this role. Manages and performs all aspects of data analysis and validation, as well as application functional testing activities for a given effort. Manual and automated test case creation and execution for testing HR/Integration projects related to healthcare. The position requires deep technical skills, the ability to grasp business concepts quickly and experience working in an agile environment.Mentors and coaches Associate Automation Technical Test Analysts and Automation Technical Test Analysts. Develops automation scripts in support of HCA Applications or Processes.Responsibilities:Oversees and performs all aspects of developing and supporting test automation efforts. Interacts with application or testing SMEs to develop detailed test cases for use in test automation development.Automation will be in Ui Path. Maintains existing scripts and develops new scripts used for testing.Assists in the mentoring, development, and training of QACOE team members on ITG testing toolset and test automation.Analyzes functional requirements for initiatives that are expected to return significant business value, may require a change to the enterprise business solution(s). Designs, develops test approaches, plans, and dependencies.Leads and/or validates the development and accuracy of test cases, test data, and metrics to ensure all testing requirements are accurate. Communicates and presents results to IT and key stakeholders.Tracks and verifies any required corrections and ensures completion.Assists the development team in the recreation of defects; validates defect fixes based on documented defects.Diagnose results and analyze large output datasets for accuracy and integrity across multiple systems; analyze the cross-functional impact of changes in relation to software updates, bug fixes, and new releases of software, whether internally or externally developed.Communicates results to IT and key stakeholders.Help to ensure project testing activities are completed on time and without the delivery of critical defects to the field, ensuring team members are properly prepared and enabled to complete their assigned duties.Participates in development planning meetings with the product analyst and development team and communicates with business and IT on the status of testing activities and other assigned activities in meeting project delivery deadlines.Participate in discussions with stakeholders pertaining to project estimates, schedules, and critical issues that would prevent a go decision.Continuously incorporates process efficiencies without sacrificing quality.
