How do you excel in this position?
The
IT Operations Manager
is responsible for ensuring that an excellent customer experience is delivered to all stakeholders served by the Information Technology department through providing support, maintenance, enhancement, and projects related to Stark on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in related field required.
Five (5) years of experience directing or managing IT teams, with a heavy focus in operational processes, cloud and on-premise infrastructure, and customer experience.
Ten (10) years of supporting end users.
Eight (8) years of experience in engineering technical solutions for internal and external stakeholders.
Travel required (up to 35%), client sites, internal office visits, site assessments, and trainings.
Additional skills preferred but not required:
Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.
Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
