Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $125,000/Year to $170,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Responsibilities:

Gather requirements, convert Business requirements to Functional and Technical design.

Deliver enhancements – estimate, design, develop, test & deploy.

Understanding of supply chain business and BY functional processes for Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, S&OP, etc.

Hands-on experience in BY Demand, Fulfillment, Master Planning, Inventory optimization, etc.

Work with IT and Business Supply Chain teams to define BY Solutions.

Handle user queries.

Support User Acceptance testing.

Administration tasks like user management, data model manager, etc.

Batch schedule change coordination as per the requirements.

Onsite/Offshore coordination.

Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials solutions ensuring alignment with business requirements.

Oversee the integration of various Oracle Cloud Financial modules including Receivables, Payments, Payables, Assets and General Ledger.

Provide expert guidance on the use of Oracle Financials Cloud and Oracle BI Publisher to meet reporting and analytics needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial systems with other enterprise applications.

Develop and maintain PL/SQL scripts to support custom financial processes and reporting requirements.

Ensure the effective use of Fusion Accounting Hub for financial data consolidation and reporting.

Conduct thorough testing and validation of financial systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of financial systems.

Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.

Stay updated with the latest developments in Oracle Cloud Financials and recommend best practices to the team.

Participate in the development of project plans and timelines ensuring timely delivery of financial solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all financial system implementations.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in Oracle Cloud Financials including Receivables, Payments, Payables, Assets and General Ledger.

Proficiency in PL/SQL and Oracle BI Publisher for custom reporting and analytics.

Strong understanding of Fusion Accounting Hub for financial data consolidation.

Experience in service request management and eCTD submissions and publishing is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Proven track record of successful financial system implementations and optimizations.

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and end-users.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.

Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and internal policies related to financial systems.

Proactive approach to identifying and addressing system performance issues.
