Job Description:
Oracle Cloud System Support
Skills:
o Perform functional analysis, requirements, definition and Oracle module configuration and testing.
o Responsible for conducting prototypes, developing functional specifications, data mapping, function mapping, setting of configuration tables and setting of transaction/control tables.
o Has a thorough understanding of the business processes and flows to enable the analysis of business requirements and the development of solutions for the business functions.
o Involved in security/authorization set-up, user documentation, data interface design, data migration and reconciliation
o Collaborate with technical team to design and follow development standards for Oracle application
o Ability to configure Oracle Cloud ERP, and Supply Management modules.
Desired Skills:
- Oracle Cloud ERP required
- Oracle Cloud Supply Management required
- Oracle Cloud EPM preferred but not required
- OIC Oracle Integration Cloud preferred but not required
- OTBI preferred but not required
- Sequel preferred but not required
Oracle EPM (preferred by not required):
o Create complex business rules and calculation scripts, Building Forms, SmartView, FRS, Web Analysis
o Perform daily reconciliation of Hyperion financial cubes to maintain data integrity between environments
o Load annual budget and monthly forecast data
Responsibilities:
o Define, execute, track technology strategy and roadmap: current to future state/releases
o Responsible for the identification of and resolution of gaps in the business processes.
o Coordinate technology maintenance, upgrades, etc. with internal IT
o Continually research new technology options; Understand new uses and transcribe to business
o Maintain in depth knowledge of data tables and reporting capabilities to be able to prepare in-depth reporting, routine and ad hoc, including a configurable dashboard or home screen
o Troubleshoot, perform database optimization, tuning performance improvement for infrastructure
o Shepherd technology issues through to resolution
o Perform Month end maintenance and GL close procedures
o Provide Project Management support on key technology projects
Requirements:
o 3 to 5 years' experience on Oracle Cloud Oracle Payables, Purchasing, Fixed Assets, Projects module, SM modules and Account Receivables.
o 3+ years' experience in Oracle PL/SQL, BI Publisher. Perform unit testing of Oracle application for assigned process areas, identify issues and troubleshoot issues to resolution.
o Experience in at least 3 to 5 full life cycle Oracle Cloud quarterly enhancements, and exposure to large scale and complex Oracle projects.
o Proven experience working with IT, business and end user customers.
