JOB SUMMARY:
Provide Record to Report end to end process intermediate application support including Oracle Fusion ERP - Financials (General Ledger, Projects), Oracle Fusion EPM (ARCS, FCC, Smartview), Subledger Accounting Rules (SLA) and DRM: ensure stable/efficient operation of these critical enterprise applications by troubleshooting issues, optimizing system performance, and supporting end users including access management. In addition, assist in maintenance and delivery of value-add initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Provide solution support including configuration, unit testing, controls execution for Oracle Fusion ERP - Financials (General Ledger, Projects), Oracle Fusion EPM (ARCS, FCC, Smartview) and DRM.
Collaborate with end-users to understand their requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on system functionalities.
Analyze and resolve system defects to ensure system stability, accuracy, and data integrity.
Optimize system performance by identifying/implementing enhancements and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
Develop and maintain user documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles.
Stay informed about latest features and functionalities of Oracle Fusion ERP - Financials (General Ledger, Projects), Oracle Fusion EPM (ARCS, FCC, Smartview) and DRM.
Provide recommendations for process improvements and optimizations.
Mentor and support entry-level members of the support team.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
3+ years experience in application support and troubleshooting, with a focus on Oracle Fusion ERP - Financials (General Ledger, Projects), Oracle Smartview, Oracle Fusion EPM (ARCS, FCC, Smartview) and DRM.
Working knowledge and expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP - Financials (General Ledger, Projects), Oracle Fusion EPM (ARCS, FCC, Smartview) and DRM.
Strong understanding of Record to Report end to end processes including allocations, general ledger accounting, preliminary financial statements, financial data, consolidation, hierarchies, reconciliations, and/or tax business processes.
Proficiency in reporting tools like OTBI, business rules & process definition leveraging BPM.
Experience with system integrations and working knowledge of integration/middleware tools and technologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills proven by experience in troubleshooting system issues and performing root cause analysis.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with end-users and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Relevant certifications in Oracle Fusion Applications or EPM modules a plus.
