Our mission is to drive employee connections, engagement, sense of Community, and simplify administrative tasks by centralizing the platform actions around the people.What you will doWork with Engineering Management:
Partner with your Engineering Manager to align team goals with the company's broader objectives.Offer Technical Guidance:
Support and mentor engineers through code reviews, architectural discussions, and ongoing coaching.Promote Best Practices:
Encourage the use of coding standards and design patterns to keep codebases maintainable, efficient, and scalable.Commit to Software Quality:
Focus on maintaining high software quality with automated unit and integration tests.Design Robust Software:
Create software architectures that effectively manage multiple interacting components.Handle Risks and Priorities:
Identify potential risks, manage priorities, and address any issues that could affect production quality.Support Team Health and Quality:
Ensure the team’s overall well-being and engineering quality by implementing solid testing, monitoring, and accountability practices.What you will bringBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a similar technical field5+ years’ hands-on experience preferred with full-stack web development, with experience in Client-Side ProgrammingFluency in C# .NETProficiency in React and TypeScriptExperience with MongoDB or equivalent NoSQL database technologiesExperience with SQL or other relational databasesSolid understanding of modern REST API standards and conceptsExperience developing highly interactive applicationsA firm grasp of object-oriented analysis and designExperience with unit testing and integration test automationFluent written and verbal communication skills that enable collaboration with technical or business-centric peersNice to haveExperience with Azure, GCP, or AWS (preferred)Experience with message brokers (e.g. rabbitMQ)Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker)Experience with managing a large-scale SaaS production environment for availability, reliability, and resiliencyThis role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $92,936 - $201,701/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
