Sunday morning sermonsLead Bible Classes on Sunday mornings and weekday adult bible classesOversee and coordinate Sunday Morning Worship Service for a multi-generational congregationCoordinate with Elders, Staff, and Ministry Leaders for consistent application of mission statement, guiding principles, vision statement, and core valuesWork with Elders and Staff to develop a plan for Church growthMinister to church members as needed, including counseling, sick visits, and other needsFoster discipleship in church membersWork with community groups to foster relationships that extend beyond SundaysQualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Bible preferredExperience as a minister at Church of Christ church preferredThe Ideal Candidate
Has an intimate and growing relationship with ChristIs a strong writer and speakerA good teacherHas strong interpersonal skillsIs a great communicatorHas a working knowledge of technologyHas a high standard of integrityIs a team playerIs emotionally and relationally matureIs committed to reaching people who are far from GodIs organizedIs self-motivated and disciplinedHas a servant’s heartSalary and Benefits
