Perform user administration tasks, including crafting user accounts and ensuring their validity.Incident resolution (troubleshooting, physical checks of instruments, network issues, and licenses)Coordinate with vendors and interact with network teams to facilitate the installation of lab instrumentsWrite and update SOPsProvide periodic reviews and maintenance support to instrument owners, including ensuring maintenance plans are followed and supporting firmware updatesRequired Skills

2 to 5 years of experience in Lab IT end-user support within the Pharma or Biotech industries or equivalent work experience and applicable certificationsExperience with Lab instruments and lab instrument PCsInstall and upgrade softwareSupport first line of troubleshootingLife at Capgemini
