Join Capgemini as a Senior Software Engineer and make a significant impact in developing innovative C++ based applications for medical devices on Linux OS. This role is ideal for a motivated individual passionate about delivering outstanding software solutions in the medical industry.Key responsibilities:Develop C++ based medical device applications in Linux OSCraft and develop user interfaces using OpenGLLead conceptualization, prototyping, design, and unit testing of application softwareCollaborate with the extended team to improve application functionalityParticipate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to identify and address software (build, algorithm/ functionality/ dependency) issues.Required Skills:10+ years of experience in application software development, with at least 4 years in the medical device or healthcare service industryShown proficiency in C++ development on Linux, including object-oriented programming and design patternsHands-on experience with OpenGL application developmentExperience developing and editing makefiles and build scripts in a command line (bash or zsh) environmentUnderstanding of medical devices regulations and standards is desirable.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and within a teamLife at Capgemini
