Job Overview:
Direct and coordinate the administration of all SAP systems and database systems to meet service level expectations of availability, performance, and security to support the goals and objectives of the Corporation. In collaboration with the Director – Infrastructure & Operations, responsible for developing the strategy and vision of SAP Infrastructure by gaining expertise and input from appropriate resources, and for managing the day-to-day tactical operations of the Basis and Database administrators.

What You Do:Oversee SAP Systems landscape including:Primary Responsibilities:Implementation and administration of client strategies, development classes, and correction and transport strategies for the successful implementation of SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC (ERP), SAP Business Warehouse (BW), SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM), and SAP Solution Manager systems.Oversee SAP Basis administration including installation, maintenance, upgrade, monitoring, and support of SAP systems.Design, configuration, security, and development of specialized programs in both on-premise and cloud-based SAP systems.Development and implementation of overall security roles and strategies for SAP systems.Monitor system performance and actively tune the system for peak performance.Additional Responsibilities:Administrate Change Management: Oversee comprehensive change management infrastructure.Oversee Database Systems administration including installation, maintenance, upgrades, monitoring, and support of all SAP Hana, Microsoft SQL Server, SAP liveCache (MaxDB) database software, and Oracle.Perform additional management duties including managing diverse projects and teams.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:Directly supervises two to five non-supervisory employees within SAP systems.
Your Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 5+ years relevant experience leading SAP Basis and System Administrators.Strong and visible leadership with the ability to motivate, energize and drive performance from your team.
