General Description:
The incumbent will report to the US ERP COE Lead and will be responsible for supporting activities related to BeiGene’s SAP ERP Implementation and Support in Hopewell manufacturing plant and North America, as well as collaborating with the Global SAP ERP COE team.
The position is based in Hopewell, New Jersey and will be reporting to the Head of NA ERP COE.
Essential Functions of the job:
Support SAP operations and maintenance in Hopewell NJ, especially in Production Execution, Quality Management and Material Management.
Support the future roll-out of new functionalities and new site.
Collaborate with the Global SAP COE team, to maintain, support and deploy BeiGene SAP S4 Template.
Perform detailed analysis of moderate complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solution; assists with the collection, interpretation, validation and documentation of customer requirements.
Perform configuration and testing activities as needed.
Work with BeiGene Business Partner team to propose solution to business demand.
Translate business needs into IT recommendations in line with overall solution coherence.
Be able to manage small to medium size projects or work with PMO for larger projects.
Proactively identifies and proposes business process and/or technical enhancements.
Work with business, service provider to develop and deploy change request following IT change SOP.
Follow applicable standards, policies, procedures, and best practices in the implementation and/or maintenance of applications.
Follow applicable standard as it relates to FDA, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, SOX and other regulatory requirements.
Demonstrate required competencies on a consistent basis.
Demonstrate company values on a consistent basis.
Perform other duties as requested.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor Degree in computer science or related field.
Minimum of 5 years related professional experience with project management experience preferred.
Experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing environment.
Minimum of 5 years related SAP ERP hands-on experience with design, configuration, testing and support SAP PP and QM.
Experience with SAP MM-inventory management is a plus.
Knowledgeable in Drug Substance, Drug Product, Process Manufacturing, Recipe, Material staging, Quality Inspection process, Staging Process, Inventory Management and Goods movement and temperature controlled storage location.
Experienced on integration with other SAP modules including MM, SD and FICO, and manufacturing related systems, i.e. MES, WMS.
Experience working in pharmaceutical GxP environment is a must, understand GxP related requirements/control and integrated them into system implementation.
Must have demonstrated ability to perform all facets of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
SAP certification in related module and PMP is recommended.
Demonstrates proficiency for standard SAP configuration and internally developed solutions or custom programs.
Experience in writing User requirement, Functional Specification and Design Specification.
Experience in writing Test scenario and Test script in a Validated environment.
Must have demonstrated ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective, identify technical enablers, procedural re-engineering solutions and process improvements that meet business needs across the organization.
Must have the ability to work in a multi-national team environment, effectively interacting with others as well as keep good relationship with key stakeholders.
Computer Skills:
SAP S/4 Hana.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office Tools.
Other Qualifications:
Willingness to be hands-on; desire to work in a fast paced, changing (currently unstructured) environment.
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership combined with cultural sensitivity.
Adaptable, dynamic, and organized with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Excellent English skills, both spoken and written.
Travel:
Up to 10% in Continental US.
Salary Range:
$117,700.00 - $157,700.00 annually

Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
