Georgia, United StatesAt Mohawk Industries, we’re committed to more – more customer solutions, more process improvements, more sustainable manufacturing and more opportunities for our team.What we need:Mohawk is seeking a Manager, SAP IBP who will serve primarily as a liaison between the business community and the IS organization.What you’ll do:Team Lead - On a need basis, manages small to medium projects, with responsibility for project budget, quality and timeliness of project deliverables. Directs project resources and/or recommends and creates internal development procedures and methodologies.Strong awareness of industry or global 'best-practice' process for Integrated Business Planning.Support appropriate setup and function of SAP IBP Demand Planning including Statistical Forecasting, Supply Planning constrained heuristics as well as Supply Planning constrained supply IBP Optimizer, Inventory Optimization Planning and S&OP functionality.Support SAP IBP CPI integration configuration, filtering and process chain creation and management.Support appropriate setup and function of ERP systems (SAP & legacy), Business Intelligence or Data Warehouse Tools to support IBP integration and planning requirements.Extensive design, configuration, integration and implementation experience in all IBP modules (IBP Demand, S&OP, Response and Supply, Inventory and Control Tower) having been involved in at least 2/3 full life cycle implementations.Understanding of how DS tools in “PPDS on S4HANA” work & help businesses in day to day functioning.Able to combine strong functional experience with ABAP/technical skillset to debug and implement solutions to client’s customized SAP solution.Must have good knowledge in following S4 HANA Planning, Shelf Life Planning, Safety Stock Planning, and S4HANA MRP Live functions, Sales and Operational Planning, Contract Manufacturing business processes.Good Knowledge in integration aspects with other modules S4HANA PP, MM, SD.Strong understanding of business processes in the Construction/Mill domain.Strong understanding of GXP and SOX requirements. Should have working experience in a highly regulated environment.Ability to understand business requirements from business users and prepare requirement document, functional specifications.Experience with project management.High Impact communication with senior stakeholders.Ensure quality and best practices in each SAP functional domain by driving and adhering to the Mohawk SAP global solution template, SAP standards, knowledge base & best practices.Work closely with support partners in the management and resolution of help desk.Perform other duties as required.What you have:Bachelor’s degree in Science, Applied Science, Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration or related field of study.At least 11 years of IT experience with at least two end to end implementation projects where performed role of Lead Consultant at client location.At least 10 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.At least 6 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes.What you’re good at:Strong leadership skills.
