CNC Programmer/Engineer

Recruiting Solutions is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Engineer for a company in the Mount Pleasant area. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of CNC G-code programming and be proficient in CAD software.

Responsibilities of the CNC Programmer/Engineer:

Program CNC router and support job setups

Collaborate with senior engineers to design and develop new products, systems, and solutions

Conduct research and collect data to support projects and initiatives

Assist in the preparation of technical drawing and specifications

Perform design tests and analysis

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams

Requirements for the CNC Programmer/Engineer:

Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering principals and concepts

Advanced knowledge of CNC G-code programming

Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CAM

Familiarity with engineering simulation tools

Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to think analytically

Effect written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information

Detail oriented

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering OR 3-5 years experience in an engineer/design role
