Responsible for the configuration and support of SAP MM, SAP PM, Ariba S2P and EHSS functionality and related third-party applications implemented at the Company.Design best-fit solutions, conducting gap analysis and implement solutions for ERP and other third-party integrated applications, based on understanding of business processes, evaluating, and analyzing workflows.Serve as a primary contact on all system issues and future functionality needs that are related to assigned modules.Work directly with solution providers, internal CPC IT programming staff, and business stakeholders on requirements gathering, functionality design, development, deployment, and training as needed.Provide enterprise-wide support, consultation, and enables positive interaction with users of assigned systems to help broaden the scope and effective use of the systems.Lead and participate in new application delivery through projects, including evaluation of buy vs. build alternatives, driving best practices for the implementation.Participate in answering and resolving level three issues escalated via the Center of Excellence support team.Develop functional specifications for application development of reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements and/or forms (RICEF).Prepare job aids, Quick reference guides (QRG), Training guides and conducting training sessions for effective change management.Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or related field of study.Minimum of 6 years’ experience configuring and supporting SAP Plant Maintenance and SAP Materials Management modules.Minimum of 4 years' experience with integrating complex systems, working on SAP data analysis and migration methods.Minimum 2 years' experience resolving functional, technical, and integration issues related to SAP ARIBA Source 2 Contract (S2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) modules integrated with SAP ERP system.Experience working with manufacturing applications like MCi Track, GED APM (Meridium), Prometheus applications, Maxavera and Inventory Management Solution (Kardex).Experience working with SAP Fiori applications, including development, testing, and functional support.Experience in all phases of SAP and non-SAP systems implementation, including multiple iterations of analysis/design, blueprinting, configuration, development, documentation, testing, training, and support.Experience with IT support applications, including Control-M, Remedy, SAP Charm, JIRA, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools like Worksoft.Experience leading multiple and complex IT projects.Experience leading cross-functional and multi-cultural teams in an IT environment.Additional Information
