Business Systems Analyst - PMO Platform Support

Ideal candidates will have experience in maintaining/operating ServiceNow PPM, RM, and SPM modules and SharePoint experience.
Responsibilities:
Quality and Process Improvement:
Provides support in the implementation of quality management and continuous process/workflow improvements initiatives.
Conducts regular reviews and audits of project artifacts, and partners with TDI PMO Managers to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
Ensures data accuracy and integrity within business systems and reports.
TDI PMO Platforms Support:
Provides ongoing mid-level support and troubleshooting assistance for business systems in technical support, updates/enhancements, testing and defect fixes.
Collaborates with applicable cross-functional teams as needed to provide support and resolutions.
Provides regular maintenance and configurations to business systems databases and repositories.
Generates reports for data analysis to provide support to TDI PMO functions.
Provides educational support to end users on systems standards, workflows, and functionalities.
Professional Knowledge:
Maintains functional knowledge of TDI PMO business systems, project management methodology and best practices, quality management, and business process improvement methodologies.
Stays informed of departmental changes and assesses impact to TDI PMO functions for process change/improvement recommendations.
Demonstrates facilitation, business analysis, technical and collaboration skills.
Growth and Innovation:
Educates TDI PMO Project Managers and other stakeholders on business systems processes and best practices for data quality consistency.
Proactively proposes and implements innovative solutions aligned with TDI PMO guiding principles that drive business value and improve operational efficiency.

Education Required:Bachelor's degree.
Experience Required:Two years' experience in domain, project management workflow analysis or Epic software. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one-to-one basis.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in healthcare project management and/or business system processes using SharePoint platform, and maintaining/operating ServiceNow PPM, RM and SPM modules.
Proficient at MS Word, MS Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, SharePoint, and email applications.
Experience using formal project management methodology, techniques, and tools.
