Job Summary:Dexian is seeking an Application Management Engineer/Manager for an opportunity with a client located in Jersey City, NJ.Responsibilities:Monitor & Analyze Performance:
Track application performance and escalate incidents affecting users.Liaison Role:
Bridge between technical teams and business users, translating technical issues into business impacts and coordinating resolutions.Process Improvement:
Collaborate with developers to address production issues and introduce changes aligned with business needs.Global Coordination:
Manage support across global operations.Requirements:Experience:
3-5 years in a technical support role focused on app delivery, APIs, microservices, and SaaS applications.Certifications:
Cloud (AWS or Azure) and ITIL certifications.Skills:
Strong analytical and communication skills, with an understanding of application performance, business impact, and global coordination.Technical Understanding:
Ability to grasp technical details and their impact on business operations.Communication:
Excellent at liaising between technical and non-technical stakeholders.Problem-Solving:
