up to 20%You Will:Provide Fleet Technical Assistance and CASREP support to identify and correct anomalies associated with installation, operation, maintenance, and connectivity problems. This support includes evaluation, troubleshooting, testing, repair and/or technical oversight and guidance to correct equipment or software deficiencies of a non-routine and complex nature. Systems and equipment include, but are not limited to support for the following:
AN/USQ-187 GCCS-M 4.1.1AN/USQ-172 GCCS-M 4.0AN/USQ-119 GCCS-M 4.1.5AN/USQ-151 Joint Tactical Terminal (JTT)AN/USQ-188 Radiant MercuryPassive Link Tap (PLT)
Provide distance support via phone, e-mail, and chat to deployed and local ships for technical and logistic matters associated with GCCS-M Software/equipment.Provide technical level of corrective maintenance, installation and testing of GCCS-M systems.Provide onboard maintenance training to U.S. Navy personnel during technical assistance visits.You Have:A minimum of a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret level Security ClearanceA DoD 8140\8570 Certifications to be qualified as an Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II.A minimum of 4 years hands-on experience in the troubleshooting, assessment and repair of the following systems.

Strong experience using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and presentations.Excellent attention to detail.We’d be impressed if you have:Experience gained at an In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA), Mobile Technical Unit (MOTU), Fleet Technical Support Center (FTSC), or Regional Maintenance Center (RMC).
