If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join our Platform Software team and perform software development, integration, verification and other related duties under the mentorship of senior engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software programming and be able to work independently and collaboratively with other team members.Role/Responsibilities :Develop camera & networking applications/servicesPerform system integration and verificationAssist senior engineers in analyzing issues and identifying areas for improvementWork with cross-functional teams to ensure the software is integrated and functioning properlyAssist with troubleshooting system issues and identifying solutionsCommunicate regularly with senior engineers and other team members to provide progress updates and receive feedbackParticipate in team meetings and contribute to team projects as neededMaintain accurate and detailed records of all the activitiesPreferred Qualifications :Knowledge of software development practices.Experience developing and writing C/C++/Python codeUnderstanding of operating system (General or RTOS), networking protocolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentFamiliarity with software development life cycle and agile methodologyEducationField(s) of study : Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related fieldCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s Degree program at an accredited university.Proof of enrollment in current or into next program (MS, PhD)Program Information :Timing:

May- August, or June-September pending class schedules.Duration of Internship : Our internship program is 12 weeks; the end date is flexible based on individual needs.Work Location & Environment:

This position will be in Newark, CA, and is fully in-person. You must be prepared to start onsite for your first day of employment. The working environment will be a mix of lab & office work.Compensation : Student compensation is based on location and current degree level, non-negotiable ranging from $48 to $66.Relocation:

May be provided on a case to case basis.Housing/Transportation:
