Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support the executive sponsor with an end-to-end SAP ERP implementationDevelop and maintain comprehensive program plans, timelines, and budgetsManage stakeholder expectations and communicate program status effectively across all levels of the organizationCoordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful program deliveryIdentify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the implementation lifecycleEnsure alignment between program objectives and overall business strategyDrive continuous improvement in program delivery methodologies and processesManage implementation vendor relationships and provide transparency to executive sponsorApply agile principles and practices to enhance delivery efficiencyGuide teams in adopting and improving agile practices within the context of the SAP ERP implementationFacilitate agile ceremonies as needed (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives)Mentor team members and stakeholders on agile principles and best practicesCollaborate with leadership to foster an agile mindset across the program and organizationQualificationsRequired10+ years of experience in IT project/program managementProven track record of successfully leading large-scale SAP ERP implementationsStrong understanding of SAP modules, integration points, and implementation lifecycle5+ years of experience with agile methodologies and coachingExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fieldProject Management Professional certification (PMP)Advanced Agile coaching certification (SAFe SPC, ICP-ENT, ICP-CAT, ICP-ACC)
