This role is instrumental to delivering against sustainability goals tied to fleet electrification. In this role, the Program Manager will lead engagement with electric utilities and energy companies across North America and manage projects to ensure successful site-energization.Key Job Responsibilities

Build relationships with utility stakeholdersWork with internal and external planning, design, and engineering teams to evaluate last mile delivery sites for energizationLead the execution of site energization, delivering bar-raising results against applicable KPIManage and influence across internal and external teams to ensure on-time deliverablesNegotiate agreements and evaluate opportunities to reduce capital and operating expenseCritically assess development plans to identify blockers, analyze trade-off decisions, and escalate effectivelyDevelop scalable mechanisms to communicate efficiently and effectively with internal and external stakeholdersBASIC QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of program or project management experienceExperience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environmentExperience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadershipExperience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvementsExperience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teamsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience building processes, project management, and schedulesExperience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organizationExperience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardizationExperience identifying and resolving complex issuesAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market.
