To do this you will work across research science, finance, technology, operations, and sales teams.This position requires a person with the ability to skillfully communicate with stakeholders, use analytics to solve complex problems, and stay hyper focused on customer's needs.Key job responsibilities
Manage full lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs with considerable impact across multiple organizationsDevelopment of the overall program strategy, tactically driving teams in and outside of your organization to deliverDefine the program (mission, vision, tenets), set objectives, analyze data, and drive improvements that are quantified with metricsPartner with teams across the business you support and beyond to source, allocate, and coordinate resourcesDevelop, implement, and govern KPI reporting, providing visibility to the milestones and performance across all projectsMinimum Qualifications
3+ years of program or project management experience3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experienceKnowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQLExperience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvementsExperience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teamsPreferred Qualifications
Master's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources or related field3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience3+ years of driving process improvements experienceExperience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organizationExperience building processes, project management, and schedulesAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
