Job ID: 2800877 | Amazon.com Services LLCThe Amazon Fresh Grocery team is looking for a Program Manager to support retail business core functions (e.g., sourcing via Whole Foods, selection management, promotions, marketing/merchandising, instock) while developing scalable solutions for the future. They will be able to deliver results at both a strategic and tactical level across all aspects of the business.The candidate will think holistically about the optimal process needed to support Amazon Fresh growth and provide recommendations on process improvements. The leader will drive business improvements through identifying short- and long-term solutions, streamlining actions for customers, and using data to identify business opportunities. This person will help develop the vision, roadmaps, and plans with partner teams to drive org-wide goals.The ideal candidate will take a user-centric approach when solving process challenges, have both a business sense and a solid understanding of the technical landscape. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. High judgment, ability to influence, analytical talent, exceptional communications, and leadership are essential to success in this role.Key job responsibilities
Manage key business processes and deliver improvements for the Category teamProvide visibility and regular communications on program status (roadmap, issues, risks, metrics, etc.) on an ongoing basis to leadership, all stakeholders, and team members.Represent Category process needs and drive improvements in org-wide data availabilityBASIC QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of program or project management experience3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experienceKnowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQLExperience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvementsExperience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teamsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience3+ years of driving process improvements experienceExperience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organizationExperience building processes, project management, and schedulesAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
