Job ID: 2807768 | Amazon.com Services LLCThe Amazon Fresh Grocery team is looking for a Program Manager to support retail business core functions (e.g., sourcing via Whole Foods, selection management, promotions, marketing/merchandising, instock) while developing scalable solutions for the future. They will be able to deliver results at both a strategic and tactical level across all aspects of the business.
The candidate will think holistically about the optimal process needed to support Amazon Fresh growth and provide recommendations on process improvements. The leader will drive business improvements through identifying short- and long-term solutions, streamlining actions for customers, and using data to identify business opportunities. This person will help develop the vision, roadmaps, and plans with partner teams to drive org-wide goals.
The ideal candidate will take a user-centric approach when solving process challenges, have both a business sense and a solid understanding of the technical landscape. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. High judgment, ability to influence, analytical talent, exceptional communications, and leadership are essential to success in this role.
Key job responsibilities
Manage processes that support Sourcing, with a focus on supply chain performance (fill rate, OTIF, logistics)Drive operational improvements through identifying short- and long-term solutions and streamlining actionsProvide visibility and regular communications on program status (roadmap, issues, risks, metrics, etc.)BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of Excel experience- 5+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience- Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experience- Experience with financial analysis and P&L ownershipPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
