Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced

SEO and Traffic Acquisition Specialist

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance our online presence, increase website traffic, and improve search engine rankings. This role offers the opportunity to influence key organizational decisions and collaborate closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:



SEO Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.

• Conduct keyword research to identify high-value search terms and opportunities.



On-Page and Off-Page Optimization:

• Optimize website content, meta descriptions, and titles for target keywords.

• Manage link-building campaigns to enhance domain authority and search rankings.

• Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-friendly content.



Traffic Management:

• Analyze website traffic patterns and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics.

• Identify and implement strategies to increase website visitors and improve user engagement.

• Monitor and report on traffic acquisition metrics and KPIs.



Competitive Analysis:

• Conduct competitor analysis to understand market trends and identify areas for improvement.

• Stay updated on industry best practices and algorithm updates.



Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to align SEO strategies with overall business goals.

• Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to influence marketing decisions.

Required Qualifications:



Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.



Experience:

• Minimum of

3+ years of experience

in SEO and traffic management.

• Proven track record of improving organic search performance and increasing website traffic.



Skills:

• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Moz.

• Strong understanding of on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and content optimization.

• Experience with keyword research, link building, and SEO best practices.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.



Core Competencies:

• Strong planning, problem-solving, and prioritization abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:



Language Skills:

• Must have fluent

English

skills.

• Proficiency in

Russian

or

Ukrainian

languages is a plus.

• Startup Experience

(nice to have):

• Previous experience working with startups and understanding the unique challenges in a startup environment. Readiness to test the Hypothesis bi-weekly.



Industry Knowledge:

• Knowledge of the automotive or other B2C industries beyond marketing experience.



Additional Skills:

• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).

• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for SEO purposes (not a requirement but beneficial).
