The Cloud Security Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the security of our AWS environment, application pipeline, and vulnerability management program. This position will collaborate closely with various teams to design, implement, and manage security measures, ensuring the protection of our systems and data.Key Responsibilities:AWS Security Management:Design, implement, and manage security measures for AWS environments.Monitor and audit AWS accounts, ensuring compliance with security policies and best practices.Identify and mitigate security risks in AWS infrastructure.Implement and maintain security controls in the application development and deployment pipelines.Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate security practices into the CI/CD process.Conduct security reviews and provide guidance on secure coding practices.Vulnerability Management:Lead the vulnerability management program, including vulnerability scanning, assessment, and remediation.Develop and maintain vulnerability management policies and procedures.Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize and remediate identified vulnerabilities.Security Monitoring and Incident Response:Implement and manage security monitoring solutions to detect and respond to security incidents.Conduct root cause analysis and post-incident reviews, ensuring continuous improvement of security posture.Collaborate with the Incident Response team to handle security incidents effectively.Compliance and Governance:Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).Assist in the development and enforcement of security policies, standards, and guidelines.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.3+ years of experience in cloud security, with a focus on AWS.Strong understanding of AWS security services and best practices.Experience with securing application development pipelines (CI/CD).Proficiency in vulnerability management tools and processes.Knowledge of security monitoring and incident response practices.Relevant security certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Security – Specialty, CISSP, CISM) are a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills.WHY JOIN USFounder-led and employee-driven companyThe opportunity to build where you standValue centric decision makingBoth an economically stable and hyper-growth environmentThe market leader in redefining how B2B does securityOn top of the obvious benefit of getting paid to work with great people who are laser-focused on a mission that matters, we also offer the following benefits:Comprehensive health, vision, and dental benefits for you and your family.
