As an industry leader in the IoT space, our systems are deployed in every state and adopted by Fortune 500 enterprise companies who share this vision.ABOUT THIS ROLEAs a Hardware Support Specialist at LVT, you will work on a small team of high-performing individuals who are experts at troubleshooting the mechanical and electrical components of our product. This role is ideal for those who have a background in trades such as automotive repair, the electrical field, or large home system installations, where hands-on experience with multimeters and battery troubleshooting is crucial. You will direct our network of field technicians over the phone in troubleshooting, identifying, and resolving problems. Along with the information you discover during the phone call, you will reference previous case notes and historical data charts showing voltage, current, temperature, and relay states. This position is perfect for someone with hardware troubleshooting expertise who now seeks to leverage their skills in an office environment, providing expert guidance and solutions remotely.
*This particular position also requires registering with the state of Utah as an Alarm Agent. This process includes a federal background check/fingerprinting and an application.
