Job Responsibilities:
Managing our client’s infrastructure is the main focus but you will also be actively involved in implementing technologies as well as other security products.
Communications — Develop and present proposals; interact with technical and executive level customer contacts; prepare and conduct group presentations.
Lead projects in support of customers looking to improve their identity and security posture.
Lead or participate in projects to help migrate customers’ identity platforms during Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures.
Provide consulting advice to businesses of all sizes for the right solutions.
Advice or perform server hardware and software configuration, problem determination and resolution.
Advice or perform PC hardware and software configuration, problem determination and resolution.
Windows systems administration, design, setup, and troubleshooting.
Cybersecurity knowledge and ability to design and implement solutions for clients.
Skills and Experience Required:
Excellent customer-facing skills (both written and verbal).
A solid and proven track record in technology consulting.
A minimum of 10 years of full-time IT experience is required.
Strategy development and Implementation experience with an understanding of one or more of the following:
Network LAN / WAN experience.
Middleware/DB, Backup/Storage, Mainframe experience.
Asset Management and End User Software Lifecycle.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to connect and communicate at all levels.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills with the capability to assess information and provide clear direction.
Excellent reporting skills, including the ability to simplify complex system configurations.
Knowledge of Microsoft Based Technology — Windows server platforms, Active Directory, Exchange, System Center, Office 365, Azure, Intune, and other Microsoft server-family products.
Security Knowledge — Good security practices at all stages of the project life cycle.
Personal Organization — Excellence at time management; maximize efficiency in client contact; meet deadlines, commitments, and project requirements.
Experience with Mainframe, DB, Storage, Backup.
Experience with Asset Management, End User Software Lifecycle.
