Business Systems AnalystOn behalf of our client, Procom Services is searching for a Business Systems Analyst for a contract opportunity in Plano, TX.Job DetailsThe Business Systems Analyst will join the Enterprise Service Management team responsible for providing consulting, design, deployment, and administration of Service Management applications like HPE BSM, HPE uCMDB, ServiceNow, and NewRelic. Responsibilities include partnering with key stakeholders to understand, troubleshoot, and resolve issues for the ESM team. The analyst may interface with the user base and internal IT staff. Additional responsibilities include issue tracking through the logging of support tickets, providing feedback to stakeholders on issue status, and issue resolution/closure. Debugging interface issues, requirement analysis, documentation, and collaboration site maintenance are essential for this role.Mandatory SkillsMinimum of a BA/BS (or equivalent) with 3-5 years of experience supporting enterprise systemsPreference for Computer Science or Information SystemsStrong analytical skills with prior experience in enterprise systems, database, and integration supportMust have advanced scripting development experience using Perl, Groovy, Jython/Python, or advanced level Client Code development using Java / REST APIFamiliarity with, and an aptitude for, service management applications will be beneficialKnowledge of service management business processes and the HPE Service management tool is preferred but not essentialCandidate must be action-oriented, proactive, able to multi-task, and set a demanding pace of executionStrong customer service, business partnership, and interpersonal skills are essentialPrior experience in requirements development/documentation, testing, scripting, SharePoint maintenance, or other querying languages is recommendedStart Date:
