Job Description
On behalf of our client, Procom Services is searching for a Corporate Recruiter for a contract opportunity in Richardson, TX.
Corporate Recruiter Job Details
The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening/interviewing, selection and hiring prospective employees.
Responsibilities/Functions:
• Source, recruit and screen/interview qualified candidates through efficient and cost-effective methods.
• Assess talent and skills of applicants.
• Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources to develop/execute various recruiting strategies.
• Review job descriptions and develop into internal/external job postings.
• Confer with management to identify hiring requirements, job specifications, job duties, qualifications and skills.
• Provide information about job opportunities to potential applicants.
• Utilize an Applicant Tracking System for sourcing/tracking candidates.
Corporate Recruiter Mandatory Skills:
• 8+ Years experience within a human resource staffing function.
• 4+ Years experience in a corporate recruiting environment with full cycle staffing responsibility and a heavy emphasis on creative candidate sourcing.
• Experience hiring in the high tech industry is preferred.
• Demonstrable sales recruitment experience is required.
• Candidate must possess excellent sourcing skills with a demonstrated ability to build a talent pipeline.
• Past experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is required.
• Competency with PC software tools including the Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and work on multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess proven negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade candidate hiring decisions.
• Ability to interface with all levels of employees and management.
• Results oriented, self-motivated and creative.
Assignment Length: 3+ months
