M&A Integration Manager

Key Responsibilities:Lead the integration planning and execution for newly acquired companies, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and operational objectives.Develop and manage integration timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to support seamless transitions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, HR, IT, and sales, to ensure a comprehensive integration approach.Conduct due diligence and identify potential synergies and risks during the acquisition process.Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of integration efforts and drive continuous improvement.Facilitate communication and change management initiatives to support employees during the transition period.Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders on integration progress, challenges, and achievements.Foster a culture of collaboration and engagement among employees of both the acquiring and acquired organizations.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes that may impact integration strategies.The Integration Manager should have:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.8+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on integration management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.Proven track record of successfully leading integration projects from start to finish in a private equity-backed environment.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high levels of collaboration.Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for driving successful M&A integration and have a strong background in the manufacturing sector, we invite you to apply for the M&A Integration Manager!
