25% minimum and more travel as needed depending on dealPosition Overview:An M&A Integration Manager at Loenbro leads high-impact, cross-functional programs focused on integrating acquired companies into the larger business structure. This role involves developing and driving the integration strategy, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned with the deal's objectives and capturing the synergies identified in the acquisition. The manager must understand both companies’ financial performance, industry trends, and key operational needs to create an effective integration plan. They will build and manage the integration budget, mitigate risks, and anticipate cross-functional dependencies. Persuasive communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills are essential for inspiring teams and ensuring the integration’s success.Key Responsibilities:Lead cross‑functional programs through a high‑impact and high‑profile initiative.Understand how the acquired company manages its business, where the competition is going and major trends in the respective industry.Understand both companies’ historical and forecasted financial performance and how the combined entity will perform.Develop the integration strategy, set integration guiding principles and function as a champion of the vision of the integration and program management structure to create the drive needed to capture the value of the transaction.Focus the program on the most critical tasks and align all stakeholders with the deal thesis.Build and manage the integration budget and identify, track and capture synergies.Understand the priorities, operating needs, and responsibilities of the different work streams, and anticipate, plan, and solve for cross‑functional interdependencies.Communicate goals and objectives to all stakeholders across all levels in the organization, including senior executives, steering committee and sometimes the board.Build cross‑functional relationships and bridge the operations of contrasting functions and business units underlying priorities of each function firsthand.Build out a critical path as well as must‑haves to pick out the smallest details or risks that could have a major impact on the integration.Recognize and mitigate risks early, reducing bottlenecks that hold up progress.Make operational decisions even with incomplete information and know when strategic choices need to be reviewed to break down roadblocks and always keep the integration moving forward.Constantly review the integration plans to confirm that they still support the evolving deal model, assumptions, and goals of the organization and that the team can quickly pivot when necessary.Set the tone of the integration, measure employee sentiment regularly and take steps to shift opinion, as needed.Inspire teams that may have never collaborated to work toward a shared goal and help work streams or teams balance competing priorities and manage any differences that may arise.Motivating the work stream leads throughout the duration of the integration to confirm that all goals met.Skills/Qualifications:Integrity, high energy, leadership, a team player who wins.8+ years of experience in leading teams to execute M&A integration.MBA or relevant graduate degree from top-tier institution or similar academic / professional experienceExperience working in a demanding environment with initiative-taking and driven professionals.Ability to manage projects with multiple workstreams, with proven leadership success over a wide variety of functional business problems and with multiple stakeholders at both senior and junior levels.Superior analytical and critical thinking skills.Ability to communicate effectively, with strong people skills and emotional intelligence.Strong leadership skills with a team-oriented and collaborative approach to workAbility to influence corporate opinion and key stakeholders and to make timely decisions.Ability to understand the big picture, with an eye for detail.Organizational knowledge, motivational skills, and ability to quickly prioritize.A background in finance and understanding of the business and functional areas can be extremely helpful.Health Insurance- Up to 80% of the Employee portion paid.Health Savings Account (HSA) optional enrollmentPaid Time Off after waiting period.401k after 90 days of employment with a company match up to 4% (Employees are 100% vested after 90 day waiting period.)Employee paid Dental, Vision, Life and Accident InsuranceWe are “Leading the Change” in the energy services industry.
